Sami’s Circuit Family Challenge Monthly Raffle
1. Sponsor
The Sami’s Circuit Family Challenge Monthly Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored by Kader Camp Inc., doing business as Sami’s Circuit (“Sami’s Circuit,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entries must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or other family member who is at least eighteen (18) years of age on behalf of their household.
Participation in the Family Challenge is completely voluntary and is not required to participate in any Sami’s Circuit educational program or services.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sami’s Circuit are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law. To avoid compliance with certain state promotional registration requirements, this Raffle is not open to residents of Florida, New York, or Rhode Island.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the designated monthly Sami’s Circuit Family Challenge and submitting the required online entry form during the applicable monthly entry period.
Limit one (1) entry per household per monthly Family Challenge. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sami’s Circuit’s sole discretion.
5. Entry Period
Each monthly Raffle begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last calendar day of that month, unless otherwise announced by Sami’s Circuit.
Entries received after the applicable deadline will not be eligible for that month’s drawing.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected each month in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize
Each monthly winner will receive one (1) $25 Sami’s Circuit Store Gift Card redeemable toward eligible merchandise available through the Sami’s Circuit online store located at: https://www.samiscircuit.com/store
Gift cards are non-transferable, have no cash value except where required by law, and may not
be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sami’s Circuit reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided on the entry form. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sami’s Circuit may disqualify that entry and randomly select an alternate winner.
9. Disqualification
Sami’s Circuit reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- violates these Official Rules;
- submits false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- attempts to tamper with the entry process or Website;
- uses automated methods or multiple identities to enter;
- engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive conduct; or
- otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit or intended operation of the Family Challenge or this Raffle.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kader Camp Inc., Sami’s Circuit, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, assigns, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Sami’s Circuit is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or undeliverable entries, emails, or other communications, nor for technical failures, computer malfunctions, internet interruptions, or other errors beyond its reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Raffle will be used solely to administer the Raffle, communicate with participants regarding the Raffle, award prizes, and as otherwise described in the Sami’s Circuit Privacy Policy.
12. General Conditions
Sami’s Circuit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle, or to amend these Official Rules, at any time if fraud, technical failures, changes in applicable law, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sami’s Circuit reserves the right to seek all remedies available under applicable law against any individual responsible for such conduct.
The decisions of Sami’s Circuit regarding eligibility, winner selection, interpretation of these Official Rules, and all other matters relating to the Raffle shall be final and binding.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Raffle shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
