Lesson Outline

Sami receives a letter asking about his own personal fears, and shares one of the biggest challenges he faced when he first started sharing his story.

Duration: 22 minutes

Includes 10 mins. exercise + 2 minute cooldown.

Learning Objectives:

– Students will understand the role of fear in keeping us safe and in presenting challenges to personal growth.
– Students will learn techniques to recognize and address their fears, including self-reflection and positive self-talk.
