Note: This video deals with the loss of a family pet. If you do not feel your students would receive this video well, do not play it for them. When Sami is reluctant to talk about the big thing that is bothering him, LORA and Tex remind him to use his power of Expression and not let sad feelings bottle up inside. Includes 10 mins. exercise + 2 minute cooldown.
